We collect only what we need to run the service: your phone number, order history, and payment records.
Account info, orders, balance logs, login IPs. Passwords are encrypted (one-way hash) and never shown to anyone, including staff.
We do not sell your data, do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing, and do not store full card details — all payments run through licensed gateways.
Use the Help page or submit a request with your registered phone number if you want your data deleted (required: outstanding wallet balance must be zero).
